Workshop // Reimagining Ritual and Self Care, for the Colonized/Ostracized

“In a world where it’s hard to imagine how to build positive sustainable communities and movements for ourselves, how can we truly and realistically reclaim our time? Where do we start? When mired by PTSD, generational trauma, unequal access to resources and exhaustion, how can we actually heal? It has to start with baby steps, we have to afford ourselves consistency. Creating sustained practices of spiritual and physical self-care are truly revolutionary acts. In this workshop, the goal is to help you understand that you are worthy and capable of healing yourself. By demystifying some tools and encouraging you to find the path that’s most suitable for you, the goal is to plant a seed of empowerment, ask you to tend to it and watch yourself grow into the life you truly deserve.” $10-$20 suggested donation. (no one turned away for lack of funds). 1 hr long class.

Cassandra (also known by her traveling name, Daisy) is an Esoteric Nutritionist who’s goal is to make healing accessible to under-acknowledged, underprivileged and oppressed communities. To bring relatable and intuitive healing modalities to those who are denied access and/or disenfranchised by the status quo of our society. Studying astrology, tarot, the science of cooking, nutrition, botany/herbalism and sociology from a deluge of research and matriarchal teachers her desire has always been to work from the earth up. Creating change through sharing and cooperation. Her focus is connecting the mind, body, and spirit in realistic ways to help us all reclaim our power and heal personal/generational trauma. She aims to guide those who seek to build a better world by building their best selves.
